154 Data-Informed Evolution of a Medication-Assisted Treatment Program in a County Correctional Facility
In response to the opioid crisis, Montgomery County Correctional Facility was awarded a grant by the state of Pennsylvania to spearhead a MAT program for inmates with opioid use disorder. The program uses common MAT modalities such as buprenorphine, methadone, and injectable naltrexone. To maximize the program’s efficacy and meet the ongoing needs of participants, various data sets are obtained and collated as the program evolves.
