105 Diverse Clinical Pharmacy Practices in the Correctional Setting

In this presentation, four clinical pharmacists will discuss their start in their clinical pharmacy practice and will compare, contrast, and describe how each of them has been able to help their medical unit care teams. They will describe what has worked, what has not worked, and how they have found success in patient care for their respective teams.
